# Proposal: Activation of Panther Pool on Base Network ## Overview This proposal seeks approval to **deploy and activate PantherPoolV1 on the Base network** , using the same cryptographic, economic, and compliance parameters currently live on Polygon. The deployment expands Panther’s privacy-preserving infrastructure to Base while maintaining protocol consistency, risk controls, and governance oversight. The deployment mirrors the existing zone and provides a secure foundation for future growth. ---
