Background
The Panther DAO relies on Snapshot as its off-chain voting mechanism. In line with PIP-7 voting logic, token balances on Ethereum Mainnet and Polygon are used to determine voting power. The Pro subscription is necessary to maintain support for Polygon-based balances, which are critical to enabling a majority of the community to participate.
Without this subscription, governance processes risk disruption, reducing transparency and undermining DAO decision-making efficiency.
