How could Panther Protocol team ensure that nobody within the team may share Panther’s code with third parties?

Any Thoughts/Suggestions?

The Panther Protocol V0.5 software was released under a BUSL License which acts as a time delay against would-be copycats. Something similar Uniswap does. As stated on the license, the protocol software will eventually be made available under an Open-Source License.

Personally, I would love to know what everyone’s opinion is regarding protocol licensing.
