Welcome to the Panther Governance Forum!
We are glad to have you. With decentralized governance still in its nascent form, a place for well thought-out discussion regarding the protocol and its products is needed.
We created the following different categories on the Panther forum:

Furthermore we detail our moderation policy below as we want to create a virtual space that promotes integrity, respect, collaboration and transparency for all DAO contributors.
Panther Community Guidelines
Panther believes that a moderation policy is necessary as a guiding force to aid and facilitate healthy community discourse.
We believe that decentralized governance has the capability to coordinate our ecosystem in a robust and fluid manner as long as it follows best practices on effective communication.
Community Channels
The Panther forum is intended for well thought out, in-depth discussion of ideas, problems and solutions so that we can scale as a community.
It is encouraged that we all use the correct communication channels for their respective purposes:
- Discord - Here you can chat about Panther-related matters as well as Zafari testing
- Telegram - The majority of the Panther community can be found on our Telegram channels
- Twitter - Hear about official announcements, events and other relevant updates
Community Rules and Guidelines
This policy is here for the purpose of creating a safe, healthy and constructive digital environment for all contributors. The following guidelines will act as a neutral reference point towards all proceeding community activities here on the Panther forum. Furthermore the Community Guidelines will act as a neutral reference point for any internal conflict resolution.
1.) Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism or hate speech will be tolerated.
2.) No spam or self-promotion without permission from a staff member. This includes DMing fellow members.
3.) No NSFW or offensive or content.
4.) No speculation, price talk, or posting OTC offers/requests.
5.) Stay on-topic, no off topic discussions that are not related to Panther.
6.) Stay net positive about Panther. Factual inaccuracies and/or unsubstantiated claims will be dealt with accordingly. Provocateurs and un-constructive criticism will be managed according to the enforcement process shared below.
7.) Public or direct solicitation is not allowed.
8.) All communication should be in English.
We hope that this moderation policy will be sufficient for us to build out our governance community.
Upon the commencement of this policy, moderators commit themselves to enforce these principles to our community in an impartial manner and in line with the Enforcement Process set out below.
Enforcement process
- Warning
Cause: A violating incident or series of incidents.
Effect: A warning containing consequences for ongoing inappropriate behaviour. Continued violations of these terms may lead to a temporary or permanent ban.
- Temporary Ban
Cause: A serious violation of community standards, including sustained inappropriate behaviour.
Effect: A temporary ban from any sort of interaction or public communication with the Community for a specified period of time.To be decided at the discretion of the moderator dealing with the infraction.
- Permanent Ban
Cause: Demonstrating a pattern of violation of community standards including sustained inappropriate behaviour, Individual harassment, aggression, or negativity towards classes or individuals.
Effect: Permanent removal from any sort of interaction or public communication with the Community. The duration shall be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated according to our community guidelines
