Firstly PIP-7 needs to be implemented. Smart contract changes have to be deployed after the voting period. We are aiming to launch PIP-8 this Friday.
Instead of adding one new Snapshot admin as stated on PIP-6 we will propose to add 2 new admins and make it a multisig, hence 2 out of 3 governed. Both the new admins are community members. The exact details will of course be stated on the proposal itself.
