PIP-15: Revise Snapshot Authors and Admins

Background

This proposal aims to increase Panther’s degree of decentralization by updating the current authors with the ability to publish proposals and removes certain Snapshot Authors and Admins as was voted in on PIP-8.

Description

Updating the current whitelisted addresses increases the community’s presence in the protocol’s governance as well as increasing the representation of active Panther community members on Snapshot.

If this proposal passes, Panther Protocol’s space on the Snapshot.org cloud service will have 3 new whitelisted authors and one new Snapshot administrator.

Section #1: Remove the following Snapshot Authors

This proposal involves removing the right to introduce Panther Improvement Proposals (PIPs) in Panther’s Snapshot.org page from the following Snapshot Authors:

The permissions for this set of authors and admins are proposed to last for six months, after which the community will revise the list of nominees and vote on their appointment.

  1. Update the list of Snapshot Authors as described in the Sections #1 and #2.

  2. Update the list of Snapshot Admins as described in the Sections #3 and #4.
